Manufacturers Warranty and Instructions

All products are subject to the manufacturer warranty. Elite Sports Ltd have no control over the terms of the warranty and any queries should be passed directly to the manufacturer.All fitness equipment must be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and should only be used after thoroughly reading and understanding those instructions. Exercise shouldn’t be undertaken without first consulting your doctor and agreeing with them that it is safe for you to do so. (Click here to return to top of the page)

Pricing Policy

All products are priced in pounds sterling (£) and include EU VAT. Orders to individuals in non-EU countries are tax deductible. (Click here to return to top of the page)

Ordering

Orders can be placed by post, telephone email or fax. For all orders placed, please ensure a contact telephone number is given – we cannot process your order without this information. Telephone and fax orders can be placed Monday – Friday between 9.30am – 5.00pm on 01376 511044 (Telephone) and 01376 501838 (Fax). If you wish to place an order on Saturday, please telephone or fax you order on 01376 512526.

Methods of Payment

We will accept cash, credit/debit cards, cheque or postal orders as a method of payment. Please note that when paying by cheque, your order will not be despatched until our bank has cleared the cheque.

You can pay by Visa, Master Card, Switch and Solo. When giving these details it is imperative that you provide the cardholders name as it appears on the card and the exact address that appears on statements and other correspondence. We do not tolerate card fraud and any perpetrators will be prosecuted. Please note that the goods must be sent to the cardholders registered address. If you require the item to be delivered else where, you must telephone Elite Sports before ordering where you will be required to provide additional documentation.

Orders must be paid for in full before they are delivered to you. This includes any item that is put on backorder for you due to being out of stock. If you wish an item to be placed on backorder but don’t want to pay immediately, we can do this but we cannot guarantee that there would be enough stock to fulfill your order.

Delivery

All orders will be despatched to you as promptly as possible. Normal delivery time is 2 – 7 days and the maximum delivery time would be 30 days unless specifically agreed with you. We will inform you of any subsequent change to the delivery time.All items are delivered by a courier. When the order has been placed, either we or the courier company will phone you to give you the exact/estimate delivery date. It is advisable that you provide us with at least two telephone numbers so you can be easily contacted.It may be possible to request a specific delivery date that we will endeavor to meet but cannot be guaranteed. We do not provide compensation for late delivery due to a third party carrier.All orders require a signature on delivery. Before signing, please count the pieces you receive and look for any damages. If the number of received boxes doesn’t match the delivery note or an item is damaged, you must note this on the delivery note along with your signature and cross out "delivered in good condition". Any shortages or damages must be notified to Elite Sports Ltd within 48 hours. Most products are delivered flat packed and will require assembly by you. Installation is available for an extra charge. If the item is going to be installed, please ensure there is adequate space to install the item. Quoted prices for installation are for ground floor installations in the main property or a garage at the side of the building. Adequate parking must be provided by the customer. It is your responsibility to ensure installation has been carried out to your satisfaction. (Click here to return to top of the page)

Delivery Costs

All deliveries made to mainland UK addresses are free of charge except for special delivery services such as Saturday deliveries (available on request). We regret that we have to charge carriage for deliveries to non-mainland UK and International deliveries. All orders require a signature on delivery. If there is no one available to sign for the goods, they will not be left un-signed for. Our courier will leave a card for you if no one is home and the goods will be returned to the carriers local depot to await your contact. If you don’t contact the carrier within the specified time-scale and the goods are returned to our warehouse, you will be liable for the incurred carriage fees. If we re-deliver the item to you, a re-delivery charge will also be made to you. (Click here to return to top of the page)

Restricted Delivery Access

Due to the size of some delivery vehicles, it is essential that you inform us of any restrictions regarding access. This may include gravel pathway, steps to the property entrance, narrow lanes etc. Due to Health and Safety regulations, upstairs deliveries are made at the courier’s discretion and can not be guaranteed to occur. This includes steps that are immediately outside the premises, which need to be climbed to gain access to the property. (Click here to return to top of the page)

Returns and Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order for a full refund prior to delivery. However, should you cancel your order after it has been shipped, you will be responsible for all carriage charges incurred.

All faulty goods must be reported to Elite Sports Ltd within 48 hours and can either be exchanged or refunded at the customer’s request. Non-faulty goods can be returned within 7 days after receiving the item. The item will be fully refunded providing the item is unused, in it’s original packaging and in the same condition that it left our warehouse. Please note that returned goods not repackaged correctly might incur a 10% repackaging/restocking charge.All returns and cancellations must be notified in writing within 7 days of receipt of the goods via email, fax or post. Should any queries arise, it is advisable to send letters through recorded delivery and faxes and emails are backed by a confirmation report/read receipt.

We will arrange for the item to be collected. Please note that any carriage costs incurred will be deducted from your refund unless the reason for return was due to a mistake made by Elite Sports Ltd. (Click here to return to top of the page)

Refused Deliveries

If delivery is refused, you will be liable for the outward and return incurred carriage fees, unless the item was damaged during transit.If it is discovered that the larger items will not fit via your doors/stairwells, you will be liable for the outward and return incurred carriage fees and 15% restocking fee. Product dimensions are available on request and also noted in the item description on our website. Please note that should the order be subsequently cancelled because of this, you will be liable for all carriage charges and a 15% restocking fee.

Refunds

Refunds will be credited within 30 days of order cancellations or after receiving the returned item. All refunds will be made in the form that payments were received. Complaints

In the unlikely event of a complaint, we guarantee to deal with all complaints as effectively as possible and if feasible, a full resolution promptly provided. However, the time-scale of a resolution does heavily depend upon the specific nature of the complaint.Please email your complaints to elite.sports@tiscali.co.uk or mail them to our head office to Nick Eva, Elite Sports Ltd, Unit E2 Briarsford, Perry Road, Witham, Essex, CM8 3UY which will be acknowledged within 5 working days.
